Adzooma Review: Pricing, PPC Alerts, Reports & Automation

Author Avatar Digital Bhatti
• September 25, 2026 • Automation & Tools

Adzooma is a PPC management and decision-support platform for connected Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook/Meta Ads accounts. Its current product combines Performance Reports, Opportunities, automated Alerts, budget tracking, Projects/Profiles and multi-account visibility.

The useful question is not whether software can “optimize ads automatically.” It is whether Adzooma reduces routine monitoring and reporting work without encouraging you to apply recommendations blindly.

Commercial disclosure: Digital Bhatti does not currently have a verified Adzooma affiliate link in its supplied affiliate inventory. Links to Adzooma in this article are informational, not affiliate links. No ROAS, CPC, CPA, revenue or savings outcome is guaranteed.

Quick Answer

Adzooma Is Better Framed as PPC Oversight, Reporting and Recommendations

Adzooma can centralize supported ad-account monitoring, surface Opportunities, track budgets, generate reports and notify you when configured performance conditions trigger. New campaigns still need to be created in the native advertising platforms, and Alerts do not automatically change campaigns.

1. What Adzooma Is in 2026

Adzooma is a cross-platform paid-media monitoring, reporting and optimization-support platform. Its current paid-ad workflow centers on connected Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook/Meta Ads accounts.

The platform combines PPC Performance Reports, an Opportunities queue, Automated Alerts, Budget Tracking, Profiles and Projects. Some supported Opportunities can be applied directly to a connected account, but Adzooma is not a replacement for the native advertising platforms and should not be described as an autonomous campaign manager.

For evaluation purposes, separate three things: monitoring (reports, budgets and alerts), recommendations (Opportunities) and campaign execution (a mixture of supported one-click changes and work that remains in Google, Microsoft or Meta).

2. Current Adzooma Pricing: Free vs Silver vs Gold

Adzooma currently publishes three plans. Pricing and allowances can change, so treat this as a dated September 26, 2026 snapshot.

Plan Current price Report / Opportunity cadence PPC Alerts Users / branding
Free$0/monthMonthly PPC Performance Report + monthly Opportunity Analysis3 alerts; email/Slack; free templates; no custom alerts1 user; no paid report-branding feature
Silver$69/month or $700/yearWeekly PPC reports + weekly Opportunity Analysis10 alerts; extra templates; custom alertsUnlimited seats; PDF report branding; priority support
Gold$179/month or $1,800/yearDaily PPC reports + daily Opportunity AnalysisUnlimited alerts; all templates; custom alertsUnlimited seats; PDF report branding; priority support

All three plans currently list unlimited connected ad accounts plus budget tracking. Silver and Gold also increase SEO/Web Metrics profile allowances, but this review stays focused on the paid-advertising workflow.

Pricing note: verify the current plan page before subscribing because pricing, limits and included features can change after this verification date.

3. Supported Advertising Platforms and Account Structure

Adzooma's current paid-profile documentation supports Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook/Meta Ads.

Inside Adzooma, each connected advertising account is a Profile. Profiles can be grouped into Projects, which is useful when one client or business has Google, Microsoft and Meta accounts that need to be viewed together.

Adzooma currently allows unlimited paid-ad Profiles. Its Budget Tracking documentation also describes Projects as a way to view combined spend/pacing across multiple Profiles.

Important native-platform boundary Adzooma's current Help Center says you cannot create a brand-new paid advertising campaign inside Adzooma. Create new campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta first, then connect/manage supported workflows through Adzooma.

4. What the PPC Performance Report Actually Contains

Adzooma's current Performance Report documentation describes the report as a PPC account health/optimization view rather than a revenue forecast.

  • an overall optimization/performance score;
  • trend tracking against the previous report;
  • strengths and weaknesses in the account setup;
  • recommendations prioritized by impact;
  • analysis across supported campaign types running in the account;
  • links into relevant Opportunities where supported;
  • PDF export, with custom branding on Silver and Gold.

The report documentation covers campaign types including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Local Services and Hotel campaigns. It says accounts are evaluated against the campaign types actually being used rather than penalized simply for not running every format.

Do not confuse an optimization score with business profitability A higher Adzooma score does not prove higher profit, better lead quality or improved ROAS. Validate recommendations against conversion tracking, margins, revenue quality and native ad-platform data.

5. Real Documented Alert Examples

Adzooma launched its current Automated Alerts product in March 2026. Its Help Center documents concrete trigger examples rather than only generic monitoring claims.

Documented example What to investigate
Account spends $0 yesterday after spending the previous dayBilling, paused campaigns, disapprovals, delivery restrictions and account changes
Campaign spends more than 90% of its daily budget before 6 PMBudget pacing, demand, bids, targeting and whether more budget is economically justified
CPA increases 30% over the last seven daysConversion volume, tracking, search terms, audience mix, bids, landing page and attribution delay
Impressions drop 50% compared with the same day last weekEligibility, budget, demand, targeting, disapprovals and campaign-status changes
High-spending campaign records no conversionsTracking integrity, search terms or audiences, landing-page issues, bid strategy, attribution delay and whether spend should continue

These are Adzooma's documented examples. They are not Digital Bhatti Alert History screenshots or proof that those exact thresholds are suitable for every advertiser.

Adzooma currently documents 30 prebuilt alert templates. Alerts can operate at account, campaign and ad-group level and can notify by email or Slack.

Monitoring frequency also varies by subscription. Current documentation says Silver supports hourly-and-above monitoring, while Gold can go down to every 15 minutes. Use higher-frequency monitoring only where faster detection has a clear operational value.

Alerts do not change campaigns. They notify you when a configured condition is met so that a person can investigate and decide what to do.

6. Opportunities: Apply, Acknowledge or Ignore

Adzooma's Opportunities engine analyzes connected Google, Microsoft and Facebook/Meta advertising data and surfaces personalized recommendations.

  • Apply: push a supported change to the connected ad account.
  • Acknowledge: mark a recommendation as completed after you handled it in the native platform.
  • Ignore: dismiss a recommendation that does not fit the account strategy.

Opportunity refresh cadence currently depends on the plan: monthly on Free, weekly on Silver and daily on Gold.

Do not treat an Opportunity as an instruction. Recommendations can lack context about gross margin, stock availability, brand constraints, lead quality, offline sales, attribution issues or experiments.

7. Budget Tracking and Multi-Account Agency Use

Budget Tracking can be useful when several Profiles need a single spending/pacing view. Adzooma's current documentation distinguishes one advertising account as a Profile and a grouping of Profiles as a Project.

Paid Silver and Gold plans currently offer unlimited user seats. Adzooma documents team roles including Owner, Admin, Finance, Standard and Read Only, with different permissions around billing, team management, Profiles/Projects and Opportunities.

8. Report Branding for Agencies

Custom Performance Report branding is currently available on Silver and Gold. Adzooma documents the ability to add a logo and brand colors and export client-facing PDFs without Adzooma branding.

Branding can be configured at account or Project level. Project-level branding can override account-level branding for Profiles grouped inside that Project.

This can reduce report-production work for an agency, but only if the exported report contains what clients actually need. Compare it with your existing Looker Studio, spreadsheet or BI workflow before paying solely for branding.

9. Account Permissions and Connection Considerations

Connecting an advertising platform requires native-platform authorization. Adzooma's current paid-profile setup guide directs users to authenticate with their existing platform credentials and grant the access required for connection.

Its current status documentation distinguishes fully authenticated, read-only and access-required states, with re-authentication needed when a connection lacks sufficient access.

For Google Ads specifically, Adzooma documents that it may attempt to create a link to its Google Ads manager account for support/audit services. That manager link can be removed from Google Ads; Adzooma says removing it prevents that support access but does not itself stop the platform from functioning.

Agency access checklist
  • Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.
  • Review native-platform permissions after connection.
  • Use individual team roles instead of sharing credentials.
  • Remove stale accounts/users when client access ends.
  • Document who can apply Opportunities versus who has read-only access.

10. What Adzooma Can Change vs What Remains Manual

Adzooma is not purely read-only. Its current Opportunities documentation distinguishes between recommendations you can Apply directly, recommendations you Acknowledge after completing work in the native platform, and recommendations you Ignore. Applying a supported Opportunity pushes that specific change to the connected ad account.

Adzooma can help with Still requires native-platform or manual work
Reports, Opportunities, budget pacing, Alerts, account/project oversight and supported one-click Opportunity changes. Creating new campaigns, many advanced platform settings, conversion-tracking implementation, creative strategy, offer design and landing-page work.

Campaign-creation limitation: Adzooma's current Help Center explicitly says new paid campaigns must be created in the native advertising platforms first. They can then be connected for supported reporting, management and optimization workflows.

  • New campaign creation remains in the native ad platform.
  • Billing and many platform-specific account settings remain native.
  • Advanced experiments, attribution configuration and new beta features can require the native interface.
  • Conversion-tracking implementation still needs platform/site work.
  • Creative strategy, offer design, landing-page optimization and sales follow-up remain outside the tool.

If Microsoft Advertising is part of your workflow, use the Microsoft Advertising guide for platform setup and UET-specific implementation.

11. Current Free Plan: What You Can Test Before Paying

  • monthly PPC Performance Reports;
  • monthly Opportunity Analysis;
  • a limited number of Opportunities;
  • unlimited connected ad accounts;
  • 3 PPC Alerts;
  • email and Slack notifications;
  • free Alert templates but no custom Alerts;
  • budget tracking;
  • 1 user seat;
  • 1 SEO Profile and 1 Web Metrics Profile.

For a small advertiser, the practical question is whether monthly analysis plus three Alerts is enough. Upgrade only if weekly/daily cadence, custom alerts, more alerts, multi-user access or branded reporting solves a real workflow problem.

12. A Safe Adzooma Evaluation Workflow

  1. Start with one authorized account.
  2. Review the Performance Report. Note the score, strengths/weaknesses and recommended actions.
  3. Inspect Opportunities manually. Categorize them before applying anything.
  4. Enable one low-risk Alert. Use a metric that actually matters to the account.
  5. Observe notifications and Alert History.
  6. Compare Budget Tracking with the native platform.
  7. Export a report. Test branding if evaluating Silver or Gold.
  8. Audit permissions and team roles.
  9. Record time saved. Compare the same weekly process before and after.
  10. Only then decide whether a paid plan is justified.

13. Evidence Still Needed for a Full Hands-On Review

To upgrade this page from documentation-led research to a genuine hands-on Digital Bhatti review, retain sanitized evidence showing:

  • connected Profile/Project screen;
  • Performance Report and exported PDF;
  • Opportunity Queue with private identifiers removed;
  • one configured Alert and a naturally triggered Alert History example;
  • Budget Tracking;
  • team-role/permission screen;
  • native-platform access granted to Adzooma;
  • time-to-review before vs after using the platform;
  • limitations encountered in a real weekly PPC workflow.

Do not publish client names, account IDs, spend, conversion values or other sensitive advertising data without authorization.

14. When Adzooma May Be Useful

  • you manage several Google, Microsoft or Meta advertising accounts;
  • you repeatedly assemble PPC reports from separate platforms;
  • you want structured alerts for important delivery/performance changes;
  • you want a second recommendation layer to review;
  • your agency needs branded report exports;
  • you want budget pacing across multiple Profiles/Projects;
  • multiple team members need role-based access.

15. Who May Not Need Adzooma

Adzooma may add less value when you manage one simple advertising account, rarely need report exports and already have reliable native-platform monitoring, scripts and dashboards.

  • you work almost entirely inside one advertising platform and prefer its native interface;
  • you do not need cross-account budget pacing or agency-style reporting;
  • your existing alerts already cover the failures and KPI changes that matter;
  • you need campaign-building or advanced platform-specific controls more than a monitoring layer;
  • you cannot identify a specific reporting, alerting or coordination task that the paid plans would replace.

16. Limitations and Risks to Understand

  • No performance guarantee: software cannot guarantee lower CPA, lower CPC or higher ROAS.
  • Recommendations need context: not every Opportunity fits the business.
  • Alerts are notifications: they do not automatically repair campaigns.
  • Native platforms remain necessary: new campaign creation and many advanced controls stay there.
  • Account access matters: connected Profiles need appropriate permissions.
  • Score chasing can mislead: an optimization score is not profit.
  • More frequent monitoring costs more: weekly/daily analysis and agency features require paid plans.

17. Adzooma Alternatives to Compare

The right alternative depends on which part of the workflow you are trying to replace. Do not compare tools only by the number of automation features.

Alternative Worth comparing when... Main trade-off to evaluate
Native Google Ads / Microsoft Advertising / Meta toolsYou manage a small number of accounts and want full native campaign controls without another management layer.Cross-platform reporting, alert consistency and multi-account oversight can require more manual work.
Looker Studio + platform data/connectorsReporting flexibility is the main requirement and you are comfortable building your own dashboards and workflow.It is a reporting approach rather than a direct substitute for Adzooma's Opportunities and PPC Alert workflow.
OptmyzrYou need deeper rule-based automation, portfolio-level monitoring or broader cross-platform PPC tooling and are willing to compare a more extensive management stack.Feature depth, pricing and workflow complexity should be compared against the simpler tasks you actually need to solve.

This review does not rank these alternatives because requirements differ by account count, spend, platforms, reporting obligations and how much automation your team is prepared to supervise.

18. Adzooma Evaluation Checklist

  • Confirm which accounts actually need central monitoring.
  • Review native permissions before and after connection.
  • Run the initial Performance Report.
  • Review Opportunities rather than applying them blindly.
  • Configure Alerts around business-relevant thresholds.
  • Use Alert History to verify notification behavior.
  • Compare Budget Tracking with native-platform spend.
  • Evaluate whether PDF branding replaces manual reporting work.
  • Keep campaign creation and platform-specific setup in native interfaces.
  • Measure qualified conversions and profit—not CPC alone.
  • Start on Free and upgrade only for a specific cadence, alert, seat or branding requirement.
